Wow! Thanks Hanne, for bringing this amazing bit of info to our attention!

I heard about the Brit Awards on the TV this morning, but they only talked about the main contenders for the top awards, like Best Male/Female artists and that sort of thing... They didn't mention who the nominees were for the other awards otherwise I would have been all ears (to be very eager to hear what someone is going to say)....!

Anyway, Empire are up against some stiff competition this year, but as always, I have complete faith in them coming away with at least one of the coveted awards...

Best International album - Empire of the Sun with Walking On A Dream...
Amongst otheres they are up against Lady GaGa, who is quite popular over here and Jay-Z - he has probably got quite a few followers too, but we can only hope...

There again, Lady GaGa's name has popped up in this category too...

Unfortuately EOTS are hardly played over here on the radio in the UK so I don't think a lot of people are aware of them, but who knows...

Wouldn't it be absolutely brilliant if they were to win a Brit Award!

Go Luke & Nick - we are behind you both 110% so go and bring a Brit Award back to Aussie land!
